GRATUITY

Gratuities are not included in there price of any service. The customary gratuity for a service is 15-20% from the original price, and cash gratuity is greatly appreciated by your service person. Gratuities are at your discretion.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW

Customers who same day cancel and / or who miss an appointment will charged $20. 

RETURN POLICY

We do not issue refunds on salon services.

However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify a salon receptionist within 2 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return

to the salon so that your lashes can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems

to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the technician who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the 3 days of the initial service.

(ONLY within 3days with eye infection "as the case may be" REMOVAL or refund

SALON PRODUCTS

If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 7 days after sale date and we will be happy to

offer an exchange.

All returned products must be in their original, unopened and unused condition. Also note that we are unable to offer refund,

replacement or exchange on any opened or used goods.

*Services received cannot be refunded.

*No refunds are given for gift card orders.

*Gift card orders are not exchangeable.
